Yerushalmi Daf Yomi Shiur

with Rabbi Yosef Gavriel Bechhofer

This is the only English language Daf Yomi Yerushalmi Shiur in the world!

Yerushalmi blatt are short, so we cover the week's material in four evenings (approximately one hour every evening) - the shiur takes place Monday thru Thursday evenings. Since many people do not own Talmud Yerushalmis (yet!), we provide photocopies. Every shiur is taped! Please call Rabbi Bechhofer for more information. Our Amud Yomi Shiur with Reb Yehiel Kalish beginning Mesechta Berachos this Sunday, Aug. 31st. The shiur takes place every evening, Sunday through Thursday, from 8:00 to 9:00 p.m., at the home of Rabbi Lawrence Montrose, 8522 Karlov in Skokie. The material is delivered in a clear and straightforward manner, and is accompanied by lively give and take with the participants.

Our Monday Evening Shiur at 8:15 p.m. at Cong. Bais Tefila, 3555 W. Peterson in Chicago with Rabbi Avraham Kivelevitz, that will resume on Monday, Sep. 8th and will now focus on a new topic: Adventures in Or HaChaim HaKadosh. Join us for this exciting series and explore new Torah vistas. This shiur is open to both men and women.

Our Monday Evening Shiur at 8:45 p.m. at the Night Kollel with Reb Shaya Zimmerman on "User Friendly" Gemara will have its last session on Mesechta Gittin this week, Sep. 1st, and will begin Mesechta Bava Basra the following week, Monday Sep. 8th. This class is ideal for beginning and intermediate participants who are not able to commit to a daily schedule.

Our trailblazing and innovative Wednesday Evening Shiur at 9:00 p.m. at the Night Kollel with Rabbi Yosef Gavriel Bechhofer on Nach b'Machashava: Shmuel II, currently holding in Perek Zayin. This shiur is open to both men and women.

Our nightly (Monday through Thursday) Daf Yomi Yerushalmi Shiur at 8:00 p.m. at the Night Kollel with Rabbi Yosef Gavriel Bechhofer - the only English language shiur of its kind in the world - currently holding in Mesechta Kilayim.
