[Avodah] Onkelos on the word "es"

.
I just noticed that in Shmini 11:13-19, Onkelos usually leaves the word
"es" (aleph tav) untranslated. I don't recall ever seeing this before. Any
idea why he generally translates it (as "yas", yod tav) in almost the whole
Chumash, but not here?

Usually "es" comes after a verb, to distinguish the object of a sentence
in contrast to the subject.

Notice there is a "yas ilein" before the list of non-kosher species of
birds as well as the verb, "Veyas ilein teshaqtzun". Unlike the list
of non-kosher species of mammals. So the "ilein - these" gets a "yas",
and perhaps that's why the list itemizing the "these" doesn't have to?

Rav Refael Posen has a long note on this in his "Parshegen" (available
online at onkelos.alhatorah.org). tl;dr -- it's for aesthetic stylistic
reasons
